We offer fully serviced office spaces, hot desk work areas and also large and small meeting rooms all with fibre broadband connection. The Hive offers a contemporary, productive work environment with our hot desk areas allowing for ample individual work space. With access to high speed networks throughout and a contemporary design which resulted in The Hive receiving an award for sustainability at the Irish Architecture Awards in 2014 and also the Green Apple Award in 2015.
Reception at The Hive is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and we provide a suite of business supports and services to new and established businesses. Print and copy services available, with large orders taken for local print supply company. Courier handling service with parcel pick up and deliveries throughout the day from all major parcel companies.
Meeting and Conference Rooms are available 7 days per week, with competitive rates. Packages include complimentary water and high speed WIFI, full audio visual support for all participants with optional catering (from some great local suppliers) and refreshments available. The Hive is Leitrim's Technology Enterprise Centre which was developed as part of the Innovation and Enterprise Programme (IEP) which is a joint cross border initiative between Leitrim and Omagh. The project received £2.27 million, part-financed by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The Programme is led by Omagh District Council and the partners are Enterprise Ireland, Leitrim County Council, Leitrim County Enterprise Fund, Leitrim County Enterprise Board and Omagh Enterprise Company, developed by the Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN) through their Multi-Annual Plan. The centre opened in late 2013 for the purpose of supporting Technology businesses in the Leitrim region.
